Job Description

Coordinate day-to-day construction project activities to keep work moving as planned. Track project tasks, timelines, and key deliverables across active work. Work with construction teams to clarify priorities and address project needs. Maintain clear project records and updates for relevant stakeholders. Review project progress and flag schedule changes or delivery concerns. Help align construction activities with project plans and agreed requirements. Communicate project updates to keep stakeholders informed of current status.

Skill in identifying project issues and helping address changing priorities. Experience working with construction plans and project requirements.

Competitive base salary. Bonus are annual, uncapped, and sizeable - this is a HUGE benefit of the company. 401k + 4% match. Profit sharing (vested). Vehicle allowance between $300 - $1,000 (gas is intended to be included here). PTO - 15 days total. Health insurance. Sign on bonus. Per diem based on GSA rate per project location. Monthly bonus for traveling full time.
