Job Description

Traveling Project Manager- Mechanical Construction

Are you willing to travel anywhere in the US? This is an opportunity with a growing national team to lead complex HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical construction projects while working for a company experiencing tremendous growth throughout the mission-critical, industrial, healthcare, and advanced manufacturing markets.

Responsibilities:

Manage large-scale mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout

Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and manpower plans

Coordinate engineering, fabrication, field operations, subcontractors, and clients

Ensure project safety, quality, and financial performance

Mentor and develop Project Managers and project teams

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Qualifications:

3-5 years of Mechanical Construction Project Management experience

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or proven working experience in Construction Management

• HVAC, Plumbing, or Mechanical Piping project experience preferred • Strong financial management and forecasting skills • Experience managing subcontractors and project schedules • Excellent communication and leadership abilities • Knowledge of P6 or Microsoft Project and willingness to learn
