Job Title:Travel Sales Manager

Our aesthetic spa network continues to grow nationwide, offering advanced treatments and high-quality skincare designed to enhance and maintain youthful, refreshed appearances.
As a Mobile Sales Manager, you will travel between spa locations to support sales performance and client engagement. Assignments are based on current business needs, and all travel logistics are handled in advance. From accommodations to transportation, everything is arranged so you can fully focus on creating meaningful client connections and driving results in a luxury setting.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys travel, variety, and working in elegant environments, while building a strong income through performance-based sales.
What You Will Be Doing:
Guide clients through premium aesthetic services and skincare options that fit their goals.
Increase revenue through thoughtful upselling and cross-selling of treatments and packages.
Create a welcoming and confident client experience that encourages repeat visits.
Work alongside estheticians, nurses, front desk staff, and local sales leadership to align daily goals.
Move between spa locations as needed while maintaining consistent performance standards.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience in high-value or relationship-driven sales.
Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to connect and influence.
Interest in aesthetics, skincare, wellness, or beauty-focused services.
Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to new teams and environments.
Valid driver's license.
Comfortable working as a W9 or 1099 independent contractor, responsible for personal taxes.
Earnings and Perks:
Monthly base pay of $3,000, plus commission on personal sales.
All business travel expenses covered, including flights, gas, tolls, and accommodations such as hotels or Airbnb.
