Join a rapidly growing design-build construction firm that is transforming healthcare environments across the country! This Traveling Superintendent (Healthcare/Commercial) opportunity is based out of Florida or Maryland (with national East Coast projects) and offers the chance to lead highly technical medical imaging construction projects that directly impact patient care. With 15 years in business, strong national healthcare partnerships, and long-standing relationships with major medical equipment OEMs, this company provides steady repeat business, exciting growth, and the opportunity to work on cutting-edge radiology and imaging facilities.

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Traveling Superintendent (Healthcare/Commercial) position include:

5+ years of commercial construction experience (healthcare highly preferred) – Lead all onsite field operations from mobilization through project closeout
Experience managing projects up to $3M and 12,000–14,000 sq ft – Oversee scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination
Willingness to be hands-on in the field – Perform light demolition, drywall, ceilings, partitions, concrete work, and finish installations as needed
Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam – Maintain daily reports, documentation, and quality control processes
Strong knowledge of healthcare construction protocols – Coordinate shielding, HVAC, electrical, and OEM equipment installations
Ability to manage 100% travel (East Coast focus) – Travel to project sites with bi-weekly home visits on longer assignments
Strong leadership and communication skills – Conduct site meetings, enforce safety standards, and maintain client relationships
OSHA compliance and safety-focused mindset – Maintain clean, organized, and regulation-compliant jobsites

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage for the individual (BCBS), employer-covered short-term, long-term, and life insurance, discretionary end-of-year bonus, company credit card for purchases, $59/day food per diem, mileage reimbursement, possible company truck depending on location, and PTO starting at one week (negotiable).
