Warehouse Tenant Improvement Program | Nationwide Travel
I'm partnered with a well-established Pittsburgh commercial contractor that has been in business for over 20 years and has recently secured a 10-year warehouse tenant improvement program. Because of this long-term growth, they're looking to add a Traveling Superintendent to their team.
If you enjoy traveling but don't want to be gone for months at a time, this opportunity offers one of the better travel schedules I've seen. Projects typically last 3-6 months, you'll generally be home every 2-4 weeks, and if there's any downtime between projects, you'll simply work out of the Pittsburgh office until the next project begins.

- Warehouse Tenant Improvement Projects
- Projects typically valued at $2M-$3M
- Nationwide travel
- Fast-paced commercial renovations and buildouts
What They're Looking For
- Commercial Construction Superintendent experience
- Tenant Improvement, Warehouse, Industrial, Retail, or Commercial Renovation experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality
- Willingness to travel nationwide
