GPAC is conducting a confidential search on behalf of an established Oklahoma commercial general contractor delivering education, healthcare, civic and commercial projects. The company is adding a Traveling Superintendent - Commercial Ground-Up to its team in Oklahoma City, OK. This is an urgent, high-priority opening.

The Role

Focus: Ground-up commercial superintendent experience on $10M+ projects (non-multifamily). Must reside in the South Central US; Oklahoma ideal.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver $10M+ ground-up education, civic and commercial projects
  • Run day-to-day field operations, safety and quality on site
  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and self-performed crews
  • Maintain the project schedule, daily reports and site logistics
  • Build strong relationships with owners, inspectors and trade partners

Requirements

  • Ground-up commercial superintendent experience on $10M+ projects (non-multifamily). Must reside in the South Central US; Oklahoma ideal.
  • Proven record of delivering work safely, on time and on budget
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Procore, Bluebeam, P6 or similar a plus
