This role requires regional travel and the ability to manage multiple jobsite teams while upholding safety, schedule, and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily field operations and subcontractor coordination on active jobsites.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all project specifications and regulations.
- Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or challenges.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and trade partners.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and logistics across regional projects.
- Travel consistently throughout North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota as project needs require.
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar field leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, trade coordination, and scheduling.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects or work in a traveling role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA certification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
