Description

  • Lead daily onsite operations for healthcare construction projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, site sequencing, and project logistics.
  • Enforce strict healthcare safety, infection control, and compliance standards
  • Review drawings, specifications, and healthcare‑specific construction details.
  • Track project progress, maintain daily reports, and support schedule adherence.
  • Communicate regularly with project managers, owners, inspectors, and hospital staff.
  • Oversee inspections, permitting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Lead site meetings, manage punch lists, and ensure smooth closeout.
  • Travel full‑time to national project locations.

Profile

  • 5-10+ years as a Superintendent in healthcare construction.
  • Experience in hospitals, medical office buildings, clinics, labs, or surgery centers.
  • Skilled at coordinating multiple trades in complex, active‑facility environments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
