Traveling Superintendent - Industrial & Warehouse Construction

DescriptionManage and lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout

Drive project schedules, site logistics, and sequencing across multiple trades

Oversee subcontractors, field staff, and safety performance on active job sites

Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, and inspectors to ensure quality delivery

Enforce safety standards and maintain a clean, compliant job site

Operate within project budgets while controlling costs and productivity

Deliver technically complex projects including labs, clean rooms, warehouses, tilt-up, precast, and PEMB facilities

Travel nationwide to support projects, primarily across the Eastern U.S., Midwest, and Southeast Profile8+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial or industrial construction projects

Proven experience delivering warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, lab, or clean room projects

Strong knowledge of tilt-up concrete, precast structures, and PEMB construction

Ability to lead diverse trade partners across fast-track schedules

Comfortable traveling nationwide for project assignments

Proactive, detail-oriented leader with excellent communication skills

Strong commitment to safety, quality, and accountability in the field

Job OfferCompetitive base salary $110,000 - $150,000 depending on experience
