Job Description

Traveling SuperintendentOur client is a respected commercial general contractor with 25+ years of industry experience, specializing in ground-up restaurant and gas station construction throughout the Southeast. Backed by a hands-on leadership team and a strong reputation for quality, safety, and client satisfaction, they offer a collaborative culture, a stable project pipeline, and the opportunity to play a key role in the company's continued growth and success.Job DescriptionOversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout

Manage daily field operations, including subcontractor coordination and scheduling

Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines

Lead site meetings with clients, architects, and subcontractors

Maintain strong relationships with high-quality subcontractor partners

Monitor project milestones and ensure alignment with overall schedule and budget

Proactively communicate with leadership

Minimum of 3 years with current employer, demonstrating stability and long-term commitment

Experience delivering at least 5 ground-up restaurant projects from start to finish

Ground-up convenience store and/or gas station experience is highly preferred

Willingness and ability to travel throughout the Southeast region

Strong ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, and quality on fast-paced ground-up projects
