Job Description
Manage on-site construction activities for grocery store projects. Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to meet project deadlines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Monitor project budgets and schedules, addressing any deviations promptly. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to plans. Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and project managers. Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts efficiently and professionally. Document project progress and provide regular updates to leadership.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Traveling Superintendent- Grocery Construction should have: Experience with managing grocery store construction projects. Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards in construction. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to travel extensively for project needs. Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges effectively. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
