This organization has a long-standing reputation for delivering complex healthcare facilities-from hospitals to specialty clinics and medical campuses-with an emphasis on quality, safety, and innovation.Job DescriptionLead field execution on healthcare projects (renovations + ground-up). Coordinate work in active healthcare environments. Maintain strict safety, infection control, and scheduling standards. Manage subcontractors and ensure quality control. Healthcare or related complex project experience strongly preferred. Experience working in occupied or phased construction environments. Ability to travel regionally / stay project-based out of Abilene.
