Our commitment to excellence, safety, and client satisfaction drives our reputation as a trusted partner in the construction industry.Position OverviewWe are seeking a seasoned Traveling Superintendent to oversee and lead large-scale. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex remodels and new builds for major clients such as Walmart, Amazon, Costco, healthcare facilities, and cold storage distribution centers. This role demands a strategic leader capable of supervising and coordinating a large crew, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all on-site construction activities for large-scale projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Supervise and coordinate a diverse workforce of 100+ personnel, including subcontractors, trade labor, and internal teams, optimizing schedules and productivity.
Develop and implement comprehensive project schedules, monitor critical paths, and adjust resources to mitigate delays and maintain project momentum.
Enforce and uphold rigorous safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and fostering a culture of safety on all job sites.
Collaborate closely with Project Executives, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to manage budgets, change orders, and client expectations.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance, addressing any issues proactively.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and resolving conflicts as they arise.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction supervision, with at least 5 years managing large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
Demonstrated experience in overseeing complex remodels and new construction for major clients such as Walmart, Amazon, Costco, hospitals, or cold storage facilities.
Proven ability to supervise and coordinate a workforce of 100+ personnel, managing diverse schedules and ensuring optimal performance.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness and ability to travel nationally for extended project durations.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
OSHA 30-Hour Certification or higher.
Experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, or AutoDesk.
Previous experience in managing projects that remain operational during construction (e.g., open store remodels).
