Position Summary
ForceSource is seeking compassionate, motivated, and experienced Traveling Registered Nurses (RNs) to support healthcare facilities nationwide. As a Travel RN, you will provide high-quality patient care while enjoying flexible assignments, competitive pay, and the opportunity to explore new locations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in accordance with facility policies and nursing standards
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient progress and document accurately
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams
Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures
Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
Adapt quickly to new environments and clinical settings
Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state license or compact license preferred)
Minimum of 1 year recent clinical experience (2+ years preferred for some assignments)
BLS certification required (ACLS/other certifications may be required by assignment)
Strong clinical and critical-thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to adapt to different healthcare environments
Must be willing to travel and commit to contract assignments
