First Western is seeking an Treasury Management Product Manager to join our team!

As a Treasury Management Product Manager at First Western, you will play a vital role in helping high-net-worth clients achieve their financial goals. You will work closely with our Commercial Treasury Management team to deliver comprehensive solutions that exceed client expectations.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide tactical direction and day‑to‑day execution for the operation of our Treasury Management product, ensuring products and services run smoothly, reliably, and in support of First Western’s business goals.
  • Ensuring accuracy in the client onboarding experience, ensuring new commercial client products are set up correctly in the platform to help the Treasury Management Implementation team provide a high‑touch, seamless transition into our Treasury services.
  • Ensure new products, enhancements, and changes are fully prepared for launch, including process documentation, readiness testing, and coordination across internal teams.
  • Manage key external vendor relationships and internal technology partnerships, ensuring systems, tools, and services, such as payment hubs, fraud tools, and lockbox services, operate effectively and that updates are delivered with minimal disruption.
  • Maintain and govern product‑level operational controls and compliance, ensuring Treasury services meet all regulatory requirements and follow sound risk‑management standards.
  • Monitor performance of Treasury products and processes, identifying trends, leading root cause analysis, resolving issues, and driving improvements that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
  • Provide leadership, collaboration, and operational guidance across Product, Technology, Sales, and Bank Operations, ensuring alignment on execution standards, client needs, and long‑term product scalability.
