Job Description
Provides operational support of Treasury Management Products and Services to clients and sales staff and maintains procedure manual for updates and training purposes by performing the following duties.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Responsible for verification, setup, and providing support and customer service of Treasury Management products and services.
Assists with customer support, implementation, and the day-to-day operations of Treasury Management.
Researches concerns/problems that a customer may have with their account and offer a resolution.
Actively retains existing customers via constant communication and performing treasury reviews.
Maintains Treasury Management Relationships by providing excellent customer support such as online navigation, account inquiries and technical support.
Manages and monitors all reporting and customer document files, including preparing and distributing daily repurchase account statements to customers.
Cross-sells various banking services and products to all private/commercial customers.
Evaluates prospective customer relationships and offers analyses for possible account types, interest potential and fees.
Works in conjunction with the Operations Department on matters concerning commercial deposit accounts.
Assists other Treasury Management employees with implementation and training of products and services for customers when needed.
Assists with Request for Proposals (RFPs) as needed.
Assists with Treasury Management implementation and operations including:
Prepares agreements for new customers
Insures signed agreements are on file for all customers
Prepares documents for imaging
Quality control imaged documents
Implements new clients on Treasury System
Implements new clients on Remote Deposit Capture service
Assists clients with first sign on to Treasury System
Researches Clients concerns and offer resolutions within system
Maintains quality control with users on the system
Provides reports such as customer status report with comparative analysis
Assists with research to determine prospects within a Relationship Manager's portfolio.
Assists other Treasury Management Department employees with customer support as needed.
Assists Treasury Management Department employees with research of products and services available in our markets.

Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with two to four years banking experience.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to walk; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
