Job Description

The Treasury Management Support and Implementation Specialist's role is to guide clients through the on-boarding process when new Treasury Management products are implemented, communicate on-boarding status internally, train clients to use products efficiently, deliver ongoing service and support and properly bill clients through account analysis.

Essential Responsibilities:  

• Collect client information, validate needs, translate implementation requests to operations
• Meet agreed upon deadlines (SLAs)
• Communicate with the client and internal partners providing regular updates
• Escalate appropriately when there is a roadblock causing delay
• Train client on how to use new products efficiently
• Input proper billing into Account Analysis
• Provide ongoing client support on Treasury Management products and services and billing

Qualifications:

• College degree in Marketing, Finance, Accounting or business preferred
• Minimum 1-3 years Treasury Management preferred
• Strong knowledge of Treasury Management products and services
• Attention to detail/time management/project management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills for in-person client meetings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Team focused and results driven

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Pay Range: $26.50 to $31.25 per hour. Compensation may vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, expertise, and experience.
