We're Hiring: Treatment CoordinatorLocation: Las Vegas, NV | New Office Opening Soon Be Part of Something NewWe're opening a brand-new dental office located within a multi-specialty medical center offering medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, physical therapy, and chiropractic care-all under one roof.We're looking for a Treatment Coordinator who is excited to be part of a founding team-helping build workflows, create an exceptional patient experience, and drive the success of a new practice from the ground up. What You'll DoPresent and explain treatment plans clearly and confidently to patients
Review insurance benefits, estimates, and financial options
Support case acceptance by building trust and answering patient questions
Coordinate scheduling for treatment to maximize provider productivity
Collaborate closely with providers and front office teams
Help establish processes and workflows in a new office environment
Track and support key metrics such as case acceptance, production, and schedule utilization
Deliver a seamless, high-quality patient experience from start to finish What We're Looking ForPrevious dental experience required (Treatment Coordinator or similar role preferred)Strong understanding of insurance, treatment planning, and patient financing
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Positive, team-oriented mindset
