Are you a highly motivated and personable dental professional looking for a long-term career fit? Redwood Dental of Shelby is seeking an Experienced Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator to join our team!
Our friendly, patient-centered practice has been serving the community for over 10 years, fostering a family-like atmosphere for both our patients and team members. We are looking for someone who loves working with patients, has strong reception and customer service skills, and has a solid understanding of dental treatment coordination.

Job Description:
- Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients
- Verify insurance and process claims
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage patient accounts and phone inquiries
- Collaborate with the front desk team to ensure a seamless patient experience
Schedule:
- Monday: 9:30am-6:30pm
- Tuesday: 8:30am-5:30pm
- Wednesday: 7:30am-4:30pm
- Thursday: 9am-5:30pm
- Every other Friday and Saturday: 7:30am-2:30pm
Requirements:
- Must have 3+ years of Front Desk experience in dental field
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and highly reliable
- A positive, professional demeanor with great communication skills
