Treatment Coordinator | Spectra Dental Specialist | Hoover, AL

Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMJob Type: Full-Time

Spectra Dental Specialist in Hoover is growing, and we’re excited to welcome a Full-Time Treatment Coordinator to our established and supportive team!

What You’ll Do:

Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Present treatment plans and help patients understand procedures and costs
Verify insurance and file claims
Manage patient accounts and billing
Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
Collaborate with front desk team members to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for every patient

What We’re Looking For:

Previous dental office experience
Dentrix knowledge (preferred but not required)
Reliable and hardworking
Strong communication and phone skills
Passion for helping people and delivering excellent patient care

Preferred:

Experience with treatment planning
Insurance verification knowledge
Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
Positive, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to learn
