This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping patients move forward with their care.For the right candidate who demonstrates leadership, initiative, and commitment to growing the practice, this position offers a pathway to office management and potential oversight of multiple locations in the future.Key ResponsibilitiesPresent and explain treatment plans to patients in a clear and supportive mannerVerify dental insurance benefits and provide accurate financial estimatesCoordinate with the clinical team to ensure treatment plans are complete and accurateHelp patients understand financing options and assist with scheduling treatmentMaintain clear documentation of treatment discussions and insurance informationFollow up with patients regarding unscheduled treatmentSupport front office operations and ensure smooth patient flowContribute to practice growth through excellent patient service and communicationQualificationsExperience in dental treatment coordination or dental front office preferredStrong understanding of dental insurance verification, breakdowns, billing and fees negotiation Excellent communication and patient relationship skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to explain financial information clearly and confidentlyExperience with dental software (Dentrix ascend) preferredLeadership mindset and willingness to grow into a management roleGrowth OpportunityWe are seeking someone who is not only skilled but also motivated to grow with the practice.
