As a Full-Time Trendsend Stylist with us, you will find joy in serving others and styling them in outfits that fit their body type, lifestyle and sense of style through our personal styling service. This role has a dual reporting relationship. You will report directly to our Trendsend Senior General Manager and be part of a larger, company-wide team of Full-Time Trendsend Stylists, but also to your Store Manager.

Location: This is an in-store position with no remote option.

Role Expectations:

• Act and lead through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
• Style Trendsend customers using our proprietary online styling platform
• Utilize the Trendsend Resource Center for weekly best-sellers, current theme boxes, and overall company announcements on Evereve's main communication platform, StoreIQ
• Review, in detail, customer profile through the Trendsend stylist app
• Curate 6-8 pieces specific styled in full looks that align to your customer's body type, lifestyle, and personal requests
• Write authentic, warm, and professional notes to customers that provide styling tips, tricks and end uses
• Oversee and inspect the quality of the product
• Process Trendsend returns (finalize in Styling App), communicate with Care Team when necessary, and put away returned items
• Partner with other Trendsend FTS and Home Office Trendsend team to add value, collaborate, and solve problems
• Mentor other stylists and assist in training
• Efficient time management. Complete the work during the scheduled shift time

Drive For Results

• Sales Driver. Achieves or exceeds personal minimum sales plan
• $185 SPB (Sales per Box) with a goal of $210 or higher
• 2.2 Items Kept per Box
• Under 22% 0 keep rate
• Style boxes for new and repeat Trendsend customers, maintaining expected Sales Per Box average and styling each box in 45min. This includes 30 mins for styling and 15 mins for shipping the box and processing a return.
• Analyzes customer profile for both new and existing customers. Hindsights closed orders for repeat customers to ensure the outfits/pieces are consistent with previous kept items.

Requirements

• This is an in-store position with no remote option.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week; primarily Monday through Friday and up to one weekend per month
• At least 6 months of styling experience. Preferably within an Evereve store, or at our Fashion Warehouse
• Proven results to meet current role expectations
• Sales results that demonstrate mastery of the EVEREVE Styling Experience
• Passion for product and love of fashion and trend
• Ability to shine while working independently and in a team environment
• Strong instinct for reading people's sense of style, fashion level, and wants
• Forward-thinking, ready to solve problems, and an adaptable attitude
• Open to growth and development, highly coachable. Trendsend is the newest and fastest-growing part of EVEREVE's business
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail
