Job Description
At TopDawg Junk Removalwe’re looking for someone who leads by example, works hard, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional experience to every customer. If you’re dependable, enjoy physical work, and thrive in a leadership role, we’d love to have you on our team.
As a Crew Leader, you’ll be responsible for running each job from beginning to end. You’ll lead your crew, communicate directly with customers, provide on-site estimates, and ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, and professionally.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Safely operate company trucks to and from customer locations.
- Lead and motivate your teammate throughout the day.
- Meet with customers, assess the job, and provide upfront pricing.
- Remove and load unwanted items safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional-looking truck.
- Deliver five-star customer service on every job.
- Follow company safety procedures and uphold TopDawg’s standards.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Previous leadership, moving, labor, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
