Job Description- Specific Job Requirements- Duties & Responsibilities

Must possess a good driving and safety record
Must have Class B CDL (Class A Preferred), with endorsements for type of equipment operated
Must possess a valid DOT Physical Card
Must have a good working knowledge of securing loads
Must possess basic mechanical skills and knowledge.
Ability to read maps and independently plan trips.
Must be familiar with routes on Fort Polk and in the immediate areas
Must pass random and scheduled drug testing.
Perform operation of a variety of vehicles including vans, busses, box trucks, stake trucks.
Conducts daily operator inspection for vehicles operated.
Completes trip tickets entering required information for all jobs

Other Requirements:

Endorsement: "P" Passenger endorsement required

Restrictions: "63" Airbrakes restriction required

Working knowledge of the following:

44 Passenger bus operations

Tractor/Trailer operations. Including proper hookup/disconnect from trailer

RGN operations is a plus

All Contractor personnel performing work under this contract must complete a favorable background investigation and be eligible to obtain a Department of Defense (DoD) Common Access Card (CAC).
