We are looking for experienced LTL drivers who have a strong commitment to honesty, integrity, and customer service. Applicants should excel in a fast pace environment while being safe and efficient. Please apply if you meet the minimum requirements.Minimum RequirementsDriver must be at least 23 years of age

Must have 2 year of experience driving a commercial vehicle

No more than 1 at-fault (preventable) accident in the last year

Clean MVR is a plus

Valid CDL with brakes endorsement

Principal Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate vehicle safely at all times

Comply with DOT Driver Log, pre-trip and post trip inspections

Label, sign and handle shipments according to DOT regulations and CXI Trucking procedures

Verify loads, equipment, and deliveries are secured prior to transportation

Operational knowledge of a pallet jack, two-wheel hand truck and lift-gate to assist in P & D operation

Ability to lift a minimum of 100lbs. safely

Ability to effectively read maps or utilize a GPS unit

Communicate in a clear, concise, and professional manner
