Job Description

Independent Contractor | Unlimited Earning Potential

Are you motivated, competitive, and looking for a way to earn from home? We're looking for independent recruiters to help connect CDL drivers with top trucking companies across the country.

This is a 100% remote, commission-based opportunity. There is no cap on what you can earn—the more drivers you place, the more you make.

What You'll Do

  • Recruit CDL drivers for open trucking positions
  • Generate your own leads using job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting methods
  • Screen and qualify applicants
  • Match drivers with available opportunities
  • Follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process
  • Build and manage your own recruiting pipeline

What We're Looking For

  • Self-motivated individuals who enjoy working independently
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Organized and dependable
  • Comfortable using computers, social media, and online job boards
  • Sales, recruiting, customer service, or trucking experience is helpful, but not required
