Position SummaryWe are seeking a Parts Sales Representative to support our wholesale parts operations. This role is primarily phone-based and focuses on delivering excellent customer service while helping customers quickly and accurately identify and purchase the parts they need.

CompensationWe offer both hourly and commission-based compensation options, depending on experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming calls from parts customers and assist with parts selection

  • Provide pricing, availability, and product information

  • Upsell related parts and identify additional customer needs

  • Process orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup

  • Follow up on quotes, backorders, and special orders

  • Coordinate with warehouse and outside sales team to fulfill customer needs

  • Maintain accurate invoicing and ensure proper account authorization

  • Proactively reach out to assigned accounts to generate sales

  • Stay current on products and participate in training programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous parts, automotive, or truck industry experience is a plus
