Are you an experienced construction professional looking for a stable, year-round opportunity? Essential Personnel is hiring skilled Truss Builders for a leading manufacturing company in Sioux Falls. If you have experience reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and working in a fast-paced construction environment, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications for Truss Builder:

Construction, framing, carpentry, or building experience preferred
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Experience using hand and power tools safely
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Dependable attendance and reliability
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Ability to lift, carry, and move building materials

Responsibilities for Truss Builder:

Build roof and wall trusses according to specifications
Read blueprints and production drawings
Operate hand and power tools
Assemble wood components accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Work with team members to meet production goals
