Job Description
Our client located in Nashville, TN is actively looking for a Truss Design Manager with a background in Wood truss design for floors and roofs. Required: 7 plus years of Wood Truss Design experience Proficient with Alpine Truss Design Software or comparable software Plus Experience designing Wall panel or Timber Trusses Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and construction drawings Excellent math skills Estimating and quoting experience from take offs Experience managing others / 2-3 remote employees) and 2 in office employees and checking their work. Ability/Experience creating and managing schedules. - critical Ability to work closely with sales and plant to meet goals and stay on schedule. Able to lead others, assign work, check work, ensure schedules and goals are met.
