What does a Trust Administration Paralegal do?
As a new Part Time Trust Administration Paralegal at Woven Legal LLC, you can expect a dynamic and engaging work environment. Your daily responsibilities will include assisting with the management of trust accounts, preparing legal documents, and conducting thorough research to support our clients’ needs. You will collaborate closely with attorneys and clients, ensuring timely communication and resolution of any issues that may arise. Your expected schedule will be Monday through Friday during Pacific Coast hours, providing a structured yet flexible routine that allows for effective time management.
Daily tasks may also involve organizing case files, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. As you settle into your role, you will develop essential skills and gain a deeper understanding of trust administration in a supportive and customer-focused setting.

Additionally, knowledge of how to apply for Tax IDs for foreign beneficiaries and foundational estate planning (EP) skills will be beneficial, as will the capacity to work flexible hours and help develop system templates for efficiency.
