Ready to build a practice that actually makes an impact? We're partnering with a well-respected South Dakota law firm that's looking to add a Trusts, Estates & Probate Attorney

If you're someone who enjoys helping clients plan for the future, navigate complex estate matters, and build lasting relationships, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

What You'll Do:

  • Draft estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
  • Guide clients through probate and trust administration
  • Advise individuals and families on estate and wealth preservation strategies
  • Work alongside a collaborative team that values mentorship and professional growth

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–8 years of Trusts, Estates & Probate experience
  • Licensed to practice in South Dakota (or ability to become licensed)
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • A team player with a proactive, solution-focused mindset
