We’re Hiring: Trust & Estate Legal Assistant / Paralegal
Location: Hickory, NC | Experience: 2+ years in estate administration
100% in office

What You’ll Do:
- Manage estate administration workflows from start to finish
- Gather and inventory estate assets
- Prepare, file, and track documents via EFile
- Serve as the key liaison between attorneys, clients, and paralegals
- Track deadlines and ensure smooth, accurate case management
Must-Have:
- 2+ years estate administration experience
- NC Notary
- Strong organizational & communication skills
