Key Responsibilities:

• Draft essential estate planning, probate, and trust administration documents.*
• Assist with advanced estate planning and funding documentation.*
• Provide comprehensive support to multiple attorneys within the Trusts & Estates practice.*
• Maintain knowledge of the procedural rules governing probate, trusts, and estate administration.*
• Calculate, track, and manage all legal and procedural deadlines.*
• File documents electronically and through traditional court systems in accordance with local requirements.*
• Coordinate attorney calendars, client meetings, and court?related scheduling.*
• Organize and maintain digital and physical case files.*
• Assist with billing processes, including time entry, invoice revisions, and expense monitoring.*
• Communicate professionally with clients, attorneys, courts, and internal departments.*
• Support business development activities, including event coordination and professional outreach.*
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strong follow-through.

Requirements:

• Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience.*
• Minimum of 5 years of Trust & Estates Paralegal experience, preferably in a mid-to-large Florida law firm.*
• Florida probate experience preferred.*
• Ability to support multiple attorneys simultaneously.*
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.*
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.*
• Professional, compassionate, and client-centered demeanor.*
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.*
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.*
• Experience with law firm case management and billing software.*
• Knowledge of iManage, Smart Time, Aderant, WealthCounsel, EstateWorks, or HotDocs is a plus.*
• On-site attendance required.
