Job Description
We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we have a Trust & Estates Paralegal position available with a national Law Firm for their office in Naples, FL. The Trust & Estates Paralegal is responsible for below specific duties. Your specific duties will include: Preparing probate pleadings and related court filings. Drafting estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. Preparing and filing federal estate tax returns. Required qualifications for the position include: 5+ years of experience in all phases of Trusts & Estates. Excellent written, verbal, and mathematical skills. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred qualifications for the position include: Paralegal certification. Experience with legal software such as iManage and Legal Tracker. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
