Feldman,Kramer & Monaco is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join our growing firm.The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estate planning and trust administration, with a very strong emphasis on drafting sophisticated and complex trust documents.Responsibilities:Draft revocable, irreveocable, and other complex trust agreements.Prepare wills, powers of attorney, health care proxies, and related estate planning documents.Assist attorneys with advanced estate planning strategies .Prepare trust funding documents, deeds, assignments, and beneficiary designations.Coordinate document execution and maintain organized client files.Demonstrate empathetic communication.Assist with trust and estate administration as needed.Quaifications:Minimum 5 years of Trusts & Estatea paralegal experience.Strong background in drafting complex trust and estate planning documents.Knowledge of estate planning, trust administration.Exceptional attention to detail.Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.This is not a remote position - LOCAL candidates only.
