Job DetailsResponsibilities:1. Assisting attorneys in the preparation and filing of estate planning documents.2. Managing and tracking the status of court filings and ensuring all deadlines are met.3. Conducting legal research and preparing legal documents under the supervision of an attorney.4. Maintaining client files, scheduling appointments, and managing attorney calendars.5. Communicating with clients, court personnel, and other professionals in a professional and courteous manner.6. Drafting correspondence and other legal documents.7. Coordinating the execution of wills, trusts, advanced health directives, power of attorney, and other legal documents.Qualifications:1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in the area of trusts and estates law.2. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.4. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research software.6. Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, to meet tight deadlines.7. Familiarity with legal terminology and principles related to trusts and estates law.8.
