Job Description
Title : TSG Support Technician with Driving Location : Reno, NV Duration : 0 –12 months shift : 1: 30PM-10: 00PM ( M- F) Pay : $26.60/Hour Job Duties
- Provide support activities within assigned technical areas
- Perform equipment exchange and maintain inventory records
- Install software and perform program updates
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and telecommunication issues
- Assist users in resolving computer-related problems
- Train users on supported software and hardware (both technical and user-level understanding)
- Support technology infrastructure across multiple locations (Core Technology, Small Package, Freight, SCS)
- Travel to customer sites using a personal vehicle for technical support
- Work flexible shifts, including weekends when required
- Associate’s Degree in Computer Science (Bachelor’s preferred)
- A+ Certification required
- Proficient to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Access, Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize and manage daily tasks effectively
