This role is responsible for rolling tubes into headers to create secure, leak-free connections while maintaining strict quality and production standards.The ideal Tube Roller has manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to perform precise measurements and assembly work in a fast-paced production environment.Required Experience & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required Previous manufacturing experience required Tube rolling experience highly preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to read measurements and follow work instructions Experience using hand tools and power tools Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and strong work ethic REQUIREDEssential Duties & Responsibilities Perform tube rolling operations on front and back headers Ensure proper tube expansion and secure tube-to-header fitment Verify tube projections and alignment meet engineering specifications Inspect completed work for defects and quality concerns Use measuring tools to confirm dimensions, tolerances, and fit-up requirements Assist with heat exchanger assembly operations as needed Maintain accurate workmanship while meeting production schedules Follow all company safety, quality, and production procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentPreferred Qualifications Previous heat exchanger manufacturing experience Experience with precision measuring instruments Mechanical assembly experience Knowledge of fabrication and production processesPhysical Requirements Ability to stand and work throughout the shift Ability to lift, move, and position materials as needed Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive hand movements Ability to work in a manufacturing environment around production equipmentWork Environment Industrial manufacturing environment Exposure to fabrication equipment, hand tools, and production machinery Fast-paced setting focused on quality, precision, and efficiency Team-oriented workplace with opportunities for advancementWhy You'll Want This Opportunity Four-day work week with extended weekends Competitive pay based on experience Long-term temp-to-hire opportunity Opportunity to work in specialized heat exchanger manufacturing Stable work environment with growth potentialReady to Apply?Apply today for immediate consideration or call/text us at 918-582-0522 for more information.You can also walk in and apply at:1531 E. 2nd St.Tulsa, OK 74120Monday Friday | 8 AM 4 PMStand-By Personnel
