Job Summary: The Turndown Attendant delivers evening services that leave a lasting impression on guests returning from an evening out, enhancing the overall luxury experience. Responsible for turndown and servicing of occupied guest units, ensuring guest security and privacy, reporting engineering issues, and promptly addressing guest needs.
The Turndown Attendant will be a valued member of the Housekeeping team, assisting in various areas of the department as operational needs require.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make and turn down beds with attention to cleanliness.
- Adjust lighting, close curtains for a relaxing evening ambiance.
- Tidy rooms, replace amenities, and dispose of trash.
- Provide fresh towels and ensure the shower is dry.
- Leave a nightly treat for guests.
- Monitor and control supplies to minimize waste.
- Transport turndown cart with supplies securely.
- Follow assignment sheet for turndown service.
- Replace dirty linens with clean ones as per layout.
- Report lost and found items following procedures.
- Assist with any reasonable requests.
- Perform other assigned duties as needed.
