Job Description
Location: CA or NY - no preference on onsite or remote
Salary Range: $95 - $100/hr.
Introduction
As a mixed-methods UX researcher on the Facebook Feed team, you will have the opportunity to engage in both qualitative and quantitative user research. You will collaborate closely with other researchers, product managers, data scientists, designers, and engineers to deliver actionable insights that drive product development and strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- BA/BS degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Business, Psychology, Social Science, or a related field.
- 8 years of experience in a product/user research setting.
- Strong research skills, including research design, study management, screening/recruiting, and both qualitative and quantitative methodologies and analyses.
- Expertise in using online research tools such as UserTesting, UserZoom, Lookback, dscout, Optimal Workshop.
- Familiarity with prototyping and design software such as Figma and Origami.
- Experience with AI-native research processes.
- Prior work experience at or in the client's industry.
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in survey and complex qualitative design, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to contribute to product strategy, execution, and go-to-market plans.
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to identify, define, and deliver actionable research insights.
- Develop and execute research roadmaps both collaboratively and independently.
- Lead quantitative and qualitative research studies throughout all phases of the product development cycle.
