Founded in 2007 by an Engineer-by-trade, Fusion Technology dedicates our valuable resources to providing comprehensive IT services and solutions to mission-critical US Government programs and the Intel Community.Position Location: Washington, DC (onsite)Who are you?Security-cleared Professional: An active DOD Secret Clearance is required to be considered for this position.Education and Experience: You have a Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of related experience in UI/UX and Agile in addition to the following:Five (5) or more years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including program, project, product management, engineering, and customers to create seamless user experiences and product innovation. Five (5) or more years of experience developing and communicating a clear design strategy ensuring that the user interfaces are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with business objectives. Five (5) years of experience identifying opportunities for improving user experience and defining the design roadmap. Five (5) or more years of experience in data visualization, creating wireframes, user flows, rapid prototyping, and conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
