Job Title: UI/UX Designer

Location: Plano, TX (Onsite)Type: Contract

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with strong experience in user interface design, customer experience, and product collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of modern design systems, usability principles, and hands-on experience in Figma and React JS, with the ability to translate business goals into intuitive digital experiences.

Roles and Responsibilities

Design and deliver high-quality UI/UX solutions aligned with modern design standards and usability best practices.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and product teams to understand customer needs and translate them into interactive design concepts.
Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and detailed visual designs using Figma.
Work alongside development teams to ensure seamless integration of UI components in React JS.
Enhance overall customer experience by modernizing interfaces and ensuring intuitive navigation flows.
Conduct UX reviews and recommend improvements based on feedback and analytics.
Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries for consistency across applications.

Required Skills and Experience

Total Experience: 8–10 years overall, with at least 3+ years in UI/UX Design.
Proficiency in Figma and React JS.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, and design prototypes.
Proven ability to collaborate with business and product teams to define user requirements.
Excellent understanding of customer experience design, accessibility, and visual aesthetics.
Strong communication and presentation skills.

Nice to Have

Experience with design systems or component-based design in enterprise environments.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Basic understanding of front-end development workflows.
