Job Title: UI/UX DesignerLocation: Redmond, WAJob Type: Fulltime/ ContractYears of Experience: 7-10 YearsJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer with a strong emphasis on UI Design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in designing user interfaces and experiences that are not only visually appealing but also user friendly and functional. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital products by creating intuitive and engaging designs that meet user needs and business goals.Responsibilities:Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define user requirements and design specifications. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high fidelity mockups that effectively communicate design ideas and user flows.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and products, adhering to brand guidelines. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes.Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to enhance team skills and output.Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs. Mandatory Skills:Proven experience in UI Design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.Expertise in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Strong understanding of user centered design principles and best practices.Ability to create responsive designs for various devices and screen sizes.Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills:Experience with front end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines. Knowledge of design systems and component libraries.Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field.7-10 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process and problem solving skills.
