UKG Hris / Payroll & Benefits Consultant

• Provide day-to-day administration and support of the UKG HRIS platform.*
• Process payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring compliance and continuity.*
• Manage benefits administration and respond to employee questions as needed.*
• Support core HR transactions such as onboarding, terminations, and employee record updates.*
• Maintain stability and continuity during a team transition and acquisition period.*
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth handoff until a permanent hire is in place.

Benefits offered: Weekly pay through Godshall. Type: ContractTo be a champion in this role, you will need:

• Proven, hands-on experience working within UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) systems*
• Strong background in payroll processing and benefits administration*
• Solid understanding of general HR operations and employee lifecycle support*
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight*
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote consulting environment*
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy during transition periods
