You'll work a flexible 12-hour shift schedule, rotating as needed, and participate in on-call responsibilities during weeknights, weekends, and holidays. Your role is essential in delivering high-quality care and supporting our team's mission to improve patient outcomes.Required Skills:

• Current Kansas license for Ultrasound Technologist
• ARDMS certification in abdominal or general sonography
• BLS certification (AHA only)
• Ability to operate ultrasound equipment with precision
• Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging standards and protocols
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have successfully completed two prior travel contracts (no first-time travelers)
• Must be over 45 miles from the facility; address/mileage must be listed on profile
• Ability to pass a drug screen performed onsite

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with advanced ultrasound procedures or specialties
• Knowledge of hospital workflow and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Bilingual language skills to assist diverse patient populations
• Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to schedule rotations

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical ultrasound experience, preferably in a travel or hospital setting

Other Requirements:

• Must be able to work 3-12 hour shifts per week, with rotating on-call duties
• Housing arrangements should be secured independently; assistance available upon request
• Be prepared to adhere to facility cancellation policies (up to one shift canceled every two weeks)
