What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll play a key role in delivering our Executive Physical experience—combining clinical expertise with exceptional patient care.
Ultrasound & Diagnostic Excellence
- Perform high-quality diagnostic ultrasound exams with precision and attention to detail
- Capture clear, accurate images to support diagnosis and treatment planning
- Adjust and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
Patient Experience Comes First
- Welcome patients and guide them through their visit with confidence and care
- Prepare patients for procedures including ultrasounds, EKGs, Wavi brain scans, and blood draws
- Ensure comfort, safety, and trust throughout every interaction
Team-Based, Cross-Functional Care
- Work side-by-side with providers, MAs, and clinical staff to deliver seamless care
- Assist with a range of clinical duties including:
- Vitals, phlebotomy, EKGs
- Spirometry, ABI testing, allergy testing
- Room prep, stocking, and maintaining clinical spaces
- Step into Medical Assistant responsibilities when not performing ultrasounds—this is a key part of the role
Operational & Clinical Support
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
- Keep exam rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Support clinic flow, jump in where needed, and help solve problems in real time
- Assist with outbound calls during downtime to help grow our patient community

Requirements
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program
- ARDMS certification preferred
- Prior experience as an Ultrasound Technician is a plus
- Strong technical ability with ultrasound equipment
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
