Job Summary (List Format): - Facility Information: - Location: 201 E. Grover St, Shelby NC 28150 - 241 licensed beds - Level 3 Trauma Center - Certified Chest Pain Center and Stroke Center - May interact with Radiology students - Department Details: - Patient volume: 250-300 per day across departments - Minimum 1 year of experience required (no first-time travelers) - Patient Types/Common Diagnoses: - Cancer, Stroke, Covid, Flu, RSV, Heart attack - Licenses & Certifications: - Photo ID required (collected during compliance) - NC State Licensure not required - US Tech: BLS and ARDMS (no specific anatomy cert required) or ARRT - Required Skills: - Fast learner, ability to multitask - Ultrasound: Vascular experience required - Support: - Support varies by shift - Technology/Equipment: - EMR: EPIC - Ultrasound Equipment: Siemens Sequoia, P2000 - Floating: - May float between Cleveland Main Hospital and Cleveland Advanced Imaging Center (Outpatient clinic) - Orientation: - 1 day for facility modules/paperwork - 2 days departmental orientation - Scheduling: - Weekend work as needed (no set rotation) - On-call rarely required - Required to work 75% of holidays - RTO (Requested Time Off) requires manager approval - Shift times vary by position - Schedule cycle: every 13 weeks - Other Details: - Scrub color: Black - Free onsite parking - Department culture: Family atmosphere
