Position Overview Role: Ultrasound Technologist / Diagnostic Medical Sonographer Location:Near Port Angeles, WA Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time Schedule: Days – 4x10-hour shifts Start Date: ASAP Compensation:Up to $144,000 annually or $69/hour based on experience Job Description The Ultrasound Technologist will perform a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures while maintaining high standards of patient care and technical accuracy. This role requires strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with physicians and healthcare teams. Key Responsibilities Perform high-quality ultrasound examinations including abdominal, OB/GYN, vascular, and general studies Prepare and position patients while ensuring comfort and safety Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment and imaging systems Accurately document findings and patient information in electronic medical records Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to support accurate diagnoses Follow infection control, safety, and quality assurance protocols Maintain a clean and organized imaging environment Education & Certification Requirements Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Radiologic Technology program ARDMS Certification – Required BLS / CPR Certification – Required Active Washington State License or eligibility to obtain Additional specialty registries such as AB, OB/GYN, or RVT preferred Experience Requirements Prior ultrasound or hospital imaging experience preferred Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and imaging protocols Ability to work independently and manage patient flow efficiently Why This Opportunity?
