YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours is required.
As an Unarmed Security Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for members and guests-greeting visitors, verifying access, and patrolling the grounds. You'll respond to incidents calmly, support club events, and work with departments to ensure smooth operations. Your mission remains constant: protect the people, property, and prestige of Austin Country Club.
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Texas Level 2 security license
- 5+ years of experience in law enforcement, military, public safety, or private security with honorable discharge
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a team
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift objects exceeding 50 pounds for extended periods
Some college experience and proficiency with other languages is preferred.
