Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to join our team. The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers and employees.

Responsibilities- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence- Monitor and authorize entrance of vehicles or people in the property- Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area- Secure all exits, doors, and windows after the end of operations- Investigate suspicious behavior, incidents, or security breaches- Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation- Provide assistance to people in need- Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and important occurrences

Experience- Proven experience as a Security Officer or relevant position is preferred- Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety- Familiarity with report writing- Excellent surveillance and observation skills- Tech-savvy with experience in surveillance systems operation- First Aid/CPR certification is a plus- Previous experience in law enforcement or military is advantageous

We are looking for a part time security officer to work Friday-Sunday and we can offer hours at another location if you are seeking more hours.
